As a global executive coach, I work with a lot of leaders on their blind spots, but I realise I have mine too – comfort eating, sugar and drinking wine. As I was approaching my 50th birthday, I recognised that while I was at the top of my game as a senior executive and a single parent to an 18 and 22-year-old – I had not been nurturing myself.
